Delete your account

This page is for owners and staff who sign in to the Badline AI app. You can delete your account yourself in the app, or ask us here.

In the app

1. Open the app and go to Account.
2. Choose Delete account, then confirm.

Deletion is immediate and signs you out on every device.

On the web

Send the form below from the email address on your account. We email you to confirm it is you, then delete the account within 30 days, usually much sooner.

What is deleted

• Your name, email address and phone number on the account
• Your password, your sign-in codes and every signed-in device (you are signed out everywhere at once)
• The push notification registrations for your phones

What the business keeps

Calls, bookings and customer records belong to the business you work for, not to your account. They stay with that business after your account is deleted, and it decides how long to keep them. Owners who want to close the whole business account can choose that option in the form.
